As the broker and owner of J.L. Davis Benefits, LLC, Christene brings passion and experience to the service of our client’s employee benefits and health care needs.
Christene began her healthcare services career in 1996, soon after graduating from Colorado State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. While still in college, she spent 3 years managing a group home for developmentally disabled adults. That rewarding experience ignited her interest in healthcare as a career, and she began her benefits and insurance experience working inside Colorado’s largest Medicaid HMO. Over the next 10 years, she rapidly progressed, accumulating many citations and honors along the way. Having learned from the “inside” in great detail how health insurance companies function, in 2004, Christene took the leap and founded her own business.
Under Christene’s direction, J.L. Davis Benefits provides comprehensive benefit services including group and individual health insurance; health savings accounts; life insurance; vision and dental care programs. Christene is currently contracted with virtually every major healthcare carrier licensed to do business in Colorado. She diligently pursues healthcare related education and is a member of National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. In addition, she has recently passed the intensive National Registry exam, and holds a current Emergency Medical Technician license.
Christene is focused on building business through high quality relationships with carefully selected clients. It is her mission is to provide them with the best fitting health insurance available in today’s rapidly changing marketplace. In her leisure time, she enjoys jet skiing and camping with her husband Glen, and their children, Nico, Haley, and Dawson. Avid motorcyclists don’t be surprised to see Christene and Glen on their custom Harley Davidson.
